This cutting board was designed using the vertical bamboo grain. The sugars in the bamboo were caramelized with a special heating process into a richer finish. Includes a juice trough on one side and smooth flat surface on the other side. Reversible use. Only food-safe glue is used in assembly. Hand wash. Made in China. 12 3/8”L x 8 3/4”W x 11/16”H
