Order by online:
Go to our online store at www.taylorandng.com.  Enter your information to register for your personal logon and password to have a faster checkout on future orders or order as a guest.  The information you enter as a guest will not be stored for next time use.

Order by fax:
Complete the online order form with all the requested information then print form. Include your credit card number, expiration date, security code (CCV) and signature.  Fax order form 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.to:  415.643.6859

Order by mail:
Complete the online order form then print form and mail. Include your credit card number, expiration date, security code (CCV) and signature. We also accept personal checks, money orders or cashiers checks. Personal checks will delay orders up to 2 weeks.  If there are any questions or delays, we will contact you by email or telephone.  Mail your completed order form and payment to:

International Orders:
If you are a customer from outside the U.S. and order from taylorandng.com, your credit card is charged in U.S. dollars.  Your bank will probably convert this charge into your local currency.  Currency conversion rates for international orders will be effective at the time the credit card transaction is processed.  For more information on currency rates, contact your credit credit customer service.  Estimated delivery times of the shipment may vary depending on inspection/clearance by U.S. Customs and the customer's Customs officials.
 
Payment Methods:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Your credit card will be charged only for what has been shipped. We provide a secure site using a service of Paypal to process your payment transaction. We also accept personal checks, money orders or cashiers checks for orders by mail. Personal checks will delay orders up to 2 weeks.
 
Sales Tax: 
8.5% sales tax for California purchasers.

Retail Location:                                                                                                                                                                                              We no longer have a retail store. The above address is to receive mail only. All purchases must be processed through our online store.

Delivery:
Most orders are shipped from our San Francisco warehouse within 5 business days. We ship via FedEx Ground or U.S. Postal Service depending on weight and distance. FedEx Ground takes up to approximately 5 business days. FedEx Ground Home Delivery Service will deliver to residential addresses on Saturdays. Other orders are shipped via most efficient means. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box or shipped the same day. Items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer. FedEx can not deliver to a P.O. Box. We ship to APO, FPO and international addresses. These orders may take an additional 5 business days.   
 
Delivery Charge:
Standard delivery charge calculation on merchandise subtotals only. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territorties may cost up to an additional $10. The additional charge will be added on after we process your order.  We will contact you by email if any change to the shipping charge.   International orders will require shipping cost quotation.  We will email you with the estimated international shipping cost.  Purchaser is responsible for any duty and/or V.A.T.

We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to exchange or refund within 30 days of the invoice date.
 
Returns & Exchanges:
To arrange a return or exchange an item, email us at info@taylorandng.com. Please include your order or invoice number. All merchandise must be returned in its original package with all accessories and instructions that have accompanied the original shipment. We will refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes you were charged.  All damaged items must be reported to us within 7 days after shipment was received.
